A mixture of cooked brown rice and bulgur combined with olive oil, leeks, garlic, celery, parsley, dill, mint, salt, pepper, lemon juice and peel.

Onion and garlic are sauteed in olive oil, then combined with bulgur, salt, water and fresh rosemary (thyme, oregano, mint or other herb of choice may be substituted for rosemary, on request).

Kasha (buckwheat) is combined with sauteed onions, celery, carrots, mushrooms, and garlic, and seasoned with red wine, soy sauce, pepper and chopped fresh dill.
